At completion of the course, participants will be able to:
- Learn to create and apply personalized Life Stories in day-to-day interactions.
- Describe the various ways dementia impacts communication.
- Acquire practical strategies for addressing and managing challenging behaviors with patience and understanding, ensuring a compassionate and person-centered environment.
