The Conversation Project

The Conversation Project encourages and empowers individuals (18+) and families to discuss, document, and share their end-of-life wishes in this two-session workshop.

Session 1: Participants engage in an interactive workshop exploring the benefits of advance care planning, using practical tools to identify and communicate their own priorities.

Session 2: Participants reconvene to share conversation experiences and review various Advanced Directives.
