Meet our second Administrative Professional Honoree, Kelly Francia Harlan.
Kelly Francia Harlan is dedicated, detail-oriented, and always seeking to refine her caregiving skills. Her gentle approach to caring for older adults reflects her deeply mission-driven life. Starting at the age of 5, Kelly began enhancing the quality of life for older adults. Under the guidance of her mother, Sonia, she started helping at an Adult Day program, literally growing up in service. Over time, she became an essential member of the Guardian Angels team. As an adult, Kelly’s academic pursuits and daily activities focused on becoming a top provider of residential care for the elderly. She continually seeks special ways to brighten her residents’ lives, from sharing her adorable daughters to providing specific foods, activities, and music, demonstrating her deep commitment to their wellbeing.
