Alzheimer’s Orange County In-Home Care Agency Preferred Providers

The following agencies have completed a survey requesting to be placed on the AlzOC Preferred Providers list of In-Home Care Agencies. The agencies on this list
have certified the following:

  1. that they have been in business for at least two years and are licensed by the State of California

  2. all direct care staff are employees of the company and that they have been trained in no less than four hours per year on dementia specific intel

  3. all direct care staff are registered with the State of California

  4. all direct care staff have passed a DOJ Live Scan (criminal background) check prior to serving in a home

  5. the business carries current professional liability insurance policy, general liability policy and current Worker’s Compensation policy

The information was accurate to the best of our knowledge on 8/24/23. Service changes may have occurred since the review date, and it is the responsibility of the consumer to verify this information with the provider. This list of in-home care providers is offered as a resource and does not constitute an endorsement of the agencies’ quality of service, nor does exclusion imply an unfavorable judgment of services of an agency.
